Neuroptimal Training

Neuroptimal training is based on using a non-directive and non-invasive software program. With this system, the client listens to music while wearing sensors on their scalp and ears. Interruptions in the music correspond with brain activity that is less than optimal. The interruptions remind the brain to return to its optimal functioning.

Neuroptimal can be likened to fitness training for the brain. Overtime the brain becomes more resilient and flexible, resulting in improved mental, physical, and emotional well being. Individuals use this training for a wide range of reasons: to restore emotional balance via improved sleep and reduced anxiety; to improve academic and athletic performance through increased clarity and focus; and for pain management and stress reduction.
