Practitioners at Oceanside Wellness Centre believe in supporting clients to facilitate change in their lives. We do not “cure” but, instead, aim to support you in such a way that encourages your own ability to shift and change. We are here to facilitate you to a place of wellness.

Oceanside Wellness Centre would like to welcome recent RMT program graduate, Eric Stephenson. Eric is presently working as a bodyworker on Tuesdays and Saturdays with special introductory rates while he awaits the next RMT board exam this fall.

Oceanside Wellness is still hosting small group yoga classes led by Nicholas Evans of Reunited Yoga.
